Started his career as an Accounts Clerk and Store Supervisor at the M-Plaza Hotel. He managed accounts teams on various assignments. Prior to joining Options Microfinance Limited, Eric served as Assistant Administrator for Atchor Preparatory School where he contributed in building Six Classrooms on behalf of PTA.

He is currently the Branch Manager of Options Microfinance Limited at Kwashieman and former Manager for the Head Office Branch at Alajo. He has 4 years’ experience in the banking industry. He held very responsible positions – Alphas Local and National Coordinator and Chief Organizing Secretary of Cape Coast Polytechnic. He is a committed Christian and a member of the Church Project Finance Committee and Welfare Assistant Chair.

Eric has a strong analytical background and an excellent negotiations skill in customer service and staff relationship.

Mr. Asante holds a Diploma in Business Accounting from the Cape Coast Polytechnic. He also has postgraduate Training Executive Certificates as follows:

Banking & Finance & Strategic Leadership-(Structured International Trade)-Logos Business School.

Project Management & Corporate Leadership-Graduate Institute of Management.
